Connect Interaction Studio from your browser, then add the MCP server to Cursor, Claude Code CLI, Claude Desktop, or other clients.

Why a bookmarklet?

Your IS session lives on *.evergage.com. The bookmarklet verifies your login via /internal/auth/activeSession, then either auto-connects (if the cookie is readable) or asks for a one-time JSESSIONID paste from DevTools.

Connect in 3 steps
  1. Drag this to your bookmarks bar:
    Connect IS → MCP — re-drag if you already had an older version
  2. Log into Marketing Cloud Personalization (MC shell or Gears /ui/).
  3. Click the bookmarklet on your Personalization tab. If you're on MC shell, click it again on the evergage.com tab it opens — then paste JSESSIONID from DevTools if prompted.
Using Marketing Cloud (mc.*.exacttarget.com)?

The MC dashboard cannot expose JSESSIONID to JavaScript. The bookmarklet will:

  1. Scan network requests for your *.evergage.com instance, or ask for your Gears base URL once (saved in this browser).
  2. Open {baseUrl}/internal/auth/activeSession in a new tab.
  3. Click the bookmarklet on that tab to finish connecting.

To find your base URL: DevTools → Network → filter evergage → copy the scheme + host from any request.

Manual connect (paste base URL + JSESSIONID)

Tip: open {baseUrl}/internal/auth/activeSession while logged in to confirm your session is active.
